Hi, Reader! I have to admit...when I got to this section of Leadership Not By the Book, I almost skipped them. The chapters were all about employees, company culture, and hiring. As a solopreneur, I found myself thinking, Well...this doesn't really apply to me. I don't have employees. But the more I read, the more I realized I was looking at it all wrong. God started showing me that these chapters weren't really about employees at all. They were about stewardship... that word has been coming...
