TSA Weekly: It's Time For Review read on kellylgabel.com | April 15, 2025 Hi there, Reader! 🧠 Thought of the Week Last week I was reviewing my Q1 KPI results (they were pretty great, btw, how were yours?). While I do that, I typically also do a quick review of my processes to see if I've allowed any unnecessary tasks to sneak in. This is something I highly recommend, actually. You'd be surprised how easily that can happen! It's much easier to take a few minutes every few months for review than it is to do a massive clean up once things are already out of hand. I found a few things this time around, so I'm in the process of deciding what stays and what goes. This is actually what prompted me to re-work my podcast(s) into seasons. This is the first week (since I started) that I haven't released a new episode. It felt weird, but also very freeing! Taking time to rest is helping to inspire and excite me for next season! ⚙️ Streamline Your Week Just like the quarterly process review, there are other one-off projects that can be done to streamline your future processes. They might take a little time and effort on the front end, but they can make all the difference in your day-to-day. One of these time-saving projects is organizing your uploaded photos in Canva so that they are so much easier to find when you need them…but what if you have already uploaded these photos into the Uploads panel? Can you move those, or do you have to upload every picture again? You can move them! Here’s how: 🎯Take Action If you’ve never reviewed your processes before, it might be a daunting task.
